1. Processing Time                                                                                             

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Delays: Please note that during peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer a variety of shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping.

  • Estimated Delivery Times:

    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

    • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days

    • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days

    • Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary based on your location and the shipping carrier.

3. Shipping Carriers

We partner with various shipping carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, to provide reliable and efficient delivery services. The carrier will be selected based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses at this time.

  • International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our shipping services to other countries in the near future.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

6. Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us immediately at info@omni-retails.com or call us at +1 (412) 886 3403. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been processed, we may not be able to modify the shipping address.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@omni-retails.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or issue a replacement if necessary.

  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us immediately. We may request photos of the damaged product(s) and packaging to assist with filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

8. Shipping Insurance

We offer optional shipping insurance at checkout to protect your order against loss or damage during transit. If you choose to purchase shipping insurance, any claims for lost or damaged packages must be filed directly with the insurance provider.

9. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped to addresses within the United States, all applicable taxes will be calculated and added at checkout. OR trading and Co INC is not responsible for any additional customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred for orders delivered outside of the United States, as international shipping is not currently offered.

10. Incorrect Shipping Information

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment, which may incur additional shipping charges.
